COVENANT COTTAGE

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Grounded in the eternal truths of the gospel and our covenant with God, Covenant Cottage forms a sacred partnership with parents to collaborate in the education of their children. We are dedicated to developing the mind, heart, character, and civic duty of our students, with the ultimate goal of equipping them to serve faithfully, redeem, and thoughtfully engage in this world.

  • Covenant with God.
  • Partnership with Parents.
  • Formation for the World.

CORE VALUES

1. Gospel Foundation (Serving God)
We anchor our community in the unchanging, eternal truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Education at Covenant Cottage is not merely about human achievement, but about recognizing that we are created to bring glory to God in our minds, hearts, and affections. We teach students to see all knowledge through the lens of Scripture and to live a life dedicated to joyful service unto Him.

2. Sacred Partnership (Collaborating with Parents)
We believe that parents are biblically designed to be the primary educators and spiritual leaders of their children. Covenant Cottage operates not as a replacement for the home, but as an extension of it. We intentionally cultivate a transparent, collaborative, and
relational bond with families, working hand-in-hand to nurture each child’s unique growth.

3. Holistic Formation (Mind, Heart, & Character)

We are dedicated to shaping the whole child, recognizing that intellectual growth must never be separated from spiritual and moral maturity. We challenge the mind through thoughtful academic inquiry, cultivate the heart to love what is good and beautiful, and forge character rooted in integrity, humility, and Christ-like love.

4. Redemptive Civic Duty (Serving & Engaging the World)
We equip our students to be active, thoughtful participants in their local communities and the broader culture. Civic duty is taught as a form of faithful discipleship—preparing young people to step out into the world with conviction and grace. We train them to serve selflessly, stand for truth, and creatively join in God’s redemptive work in the world.
